wrong cargo is exported from Italy to India.
while tp filing the cha sees the labelling on the pkg and confirm its a wrong
package. The bill of entry was filed in SEz so we have requested for BOE
cancellation. now we need to send back the cargo to origin/italy….let us know
how to proceed.

We are filing a shipping bill at customs under exim scheme code 41, the details
of license and the drawback code as per item is correctly mentioned on the
checklist, but, on the final shipping bill the drawback amount is coming out to
ZERO and drawback code is being shown as 9801 (brand rate).

We are unable to understand why this is happening and how do we get the duty
drawback entitled.
